In Person. Sessions can take place in a garden office Warfield, Berkshire. Separate entrance provides you with access to discreet appointments.
Phone.
Online. You will receive an e mail with a link to access the session via Teams, I also use Facetime and What’s App video call.

Walk & Talk Counselling
Why not try a session outdoors? Typically around Warfield, however we can meet in other locations. You will receive the benefits of being out in nature. Whilst breathing in fresh air you will be heard, supported & nourished.
