What are coaching sessions?

Coaching sessions are:

• Practical, proactive and conversational.
• Focussed on topics such as anxiety, stress, overwhelm and low self-esteem.
• Emotional ‘check in’s
• Aimed at leaving you feeling understood, hopeful, empowered, supported & equipped with tools.


Coaching is not the same as Psychotherapy or counselling. Whilst Nicola is a trained and experienced Psychotherapist, short-term, dynamic coaching style work is supportive and solutions-focussed, and unsuitable for in-depth exploration of trauma or painful experiences.

What can I expect?

You will begin with a discussion of your presenting issue or challenge. The remainder of your session is spent psycho-educating with the provision of professional insight

The session will end with a summary of your personal plan of action
Specific recommendations will be made on how to seek ongoing support if necessary.

Coaching

We’ll work through the actions, dealing with any sticking points that crop up and continuing your inspired movement towards your goals.

Sessions take place at our office in Warfield, Berkshire. After you book your appointment you’ll receive confirmation giving you directions to our premises.
