+ How do I choose the right counsellor, therapist or coach?
Searching for a therapist is a bit like dating, you have to search around to find the right one for you. For therapy to be effective, it is important tow work with someone that you can open up to and talk freely with.
Some things to consider when looking for a therapist:

- Ask how long they have been practising
- Do they have expertise or specialism in a particular area
- Do you feel comfortable talking to them on the phone?
